New range from Yanko - Super comfy shoes with Stitchdown construction and crepe sole

We continue to collaborate with Spanish Yanko to develop new types of shoes. After the resounding success of the Belgian loafers and related styles, and later the introduction of the popular line of workwear boots, it's now time for another version of more casual footwear.

We continue to collaborate with Spanish Yanko to develop new types of shoes. After the resounding success of the Belgian loafers and related styles, and later the introduction of the popular line of workwear boots, it's now time for another version of more casual footwear.
These are boots and shoes with soft, lovely crepe natural rubber soles, made with a so-called Stitchdown construction. The upper leather is turned outwards and sewn onto a leather midsole, to which the rubber sole is then attached. They can easily be resoled by a cobbler, are water resistant, but the simple stitching keeps the price down. For €176 ($154 excl. VAT for those outside EU), you get an awful lot of footwear for the money here.
Initially, we're releasing four different variations of lower boots - two chukkas, a split toe boot and a chelsea - as well as a derby with apron stitching. All are made from high-quality, durable Repello gum oil suede from the renowned British tannery Charles F. Stead. All are made on the same last with a round toe box. Casual shoes that are really soft and comfortable, highly suitable on your feet during spring, summer and autumn.
