Shipping, exchanges and returns



Info for those who wish to exchange/return an order placed before May 27.

On May 27, we launched our new website and our new returns system, which will make returns much easier and faster.

This applies to all new orders placed after 27 May. If you placed an order before this date, you can register your exchange/return by clicking here (if needed, change language in the upper right corner).




Shipping

We ship worldwide with express deliveries. The freight options, delivery time and cost for shipping as well as the treshold for free shipping (where applicable) is displayed in the cart if you click the shopping cart icon in the header. Please note engraved products always have 5 extra working days delivery time.

All items (except customized shoes) is shipped directly from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed before 12.00 Swedish time is shipped the same day.

VAT (Value Added Tax), Duty and customs information

For all countries inside EU and Norway all costs is included in the total price (vat, duty etc), for countries outside EU we automatically deduct swedish vat (25%) in the price listed on the website.

Potential local charges of Vat, Duty, Taxes, Admin Fees etc. can be added depending on local rules in your country. This is something that we don’t take responsibility for, if you are unsure, feel free to e-mail us and we can inform about our prior experience from previous orders from your country.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, you can exchange or return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The item and the packaging (if applicable) must be in its original condition.

Cost of return for refund
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost varies depending on your country and will be displayed in the return portal when you register your return.

For reference, the estimated return cost is approximately €19 within Europe and from $37 for returns outside Europe. For precise pricing, please refer to the return portal or contact us at ktj@skolyx.se.

Cost of return for exchange

Inside EU and Norway we offer 1 free exchange for shoes, for orders outside Europe the cost is the same for exchange as for return for refund. The cost for the new shipment is payed by us.

Claims & Complaints

We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or faulty item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. To file a claim, register it in our return portal with all the information needed. We will assess the case and provide a solution, whether it be a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
The steps is

  1. Return for repair.

  2. Return for exchange of identical item.

  3. Return for refund.

We always do it in these steps, its not possible as a customer to demand refund or similar before we have done the previous steps. When placing an order with us you approve that the steps above will take place, and its not possible to choose a different order. Why we are so clear about this is just to avoid confusion und unnecessary discussion about unclear processes.
