Shipping, exchanges and returns
Shipping
We ship worldwide with express deliveries. The freight options, delivery time and cost for shipping as well as the treshold for free shipping (where applicable) is displayed in the cart if you click the shopping cart icon in the header. Please note engraved products always have 5 extra working days delivery time.
All items (except customized shoes) is shipped directly from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed before 12.00 Swedish time is shipped the same day.
Information on VAT (Value Added Tax), duty and customs
For all countries inside EU and Norway all costs is included in the total price (VAT, duty etc), for countries outside EU we automatically deduct the Swedish VAT (25%) in the price listed on the website.
Potential local charges of VAT, duty, taxes, admin fees etc. can be added depending on local rules in your country. It's up to you to keep track of the regulations for your destination. f you are unsure, feel free to e-mail us and we can inform about our prior experience from previous orders from your country.
NOTE FOR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS
From August 29, 2025, the de minimis rule will be removed.
Previously, orders under 800 USD could be imported without duties or taxes. This exemption will no longer apply.
What does this mean?
You will still not pay Swedish VAT (25%), which means that upon placing your order you will pay 25% less than a European customer for the products. However, U.S. Customs may now charge applicable duties and an administrative fee through FedEx or DHL, similar to what already applied on larger orders.
Unfortunately, due to the very slim margins we've always worked with to be able to offer the best possible prices for everyone, we are unable to cover these additional costs. We hope for your understanding on this.
Important to note
Even with these new rules, you will in most cases not pay more than our EU customers, who must pay the 25% VAT. In fact, for most orders, U.S. customers will still pay less overall than EU customers. But we understand this is a change compared to the previously very favourable system.

Exchanges and returns

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, you can exchange or return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The item and the packaging (if applicable) must be in its original condition.
All returns needs to be registered in our return portal where you will be guided through the process and receive all the necessary information.
Cost of return for refund
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost varies depending on your country and will be displayed in the return portal when you register your return.
For reference, the estimated return cost is approximately 19 EUR within Europe and from 37 USD for returns outside Europe. For precise pricing, please refer to the return portal or contact us at ktj@skolyx.se.
Cost of return for exchange
For Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway we offer one free exchange for shoes, for orders in Europe and rest of the world the cost is the same for exchange as for return for refund. The cost for the new shipment out to you is payed by us.
Claims and complaints
Register a complaint here in our return portal.
We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective or faulty item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. To file a claim, register it in our return portal with all the information needed. We will assess the case and provide a solution, whether it be a replacement, repair, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

We always do it in these steps, its not possible as a customer to demand refund or similar before we have done the previous steps. When placing an order with us you approve that the steps above will take place, and its not possible to choose a different order. Why we are so clear about this is just to avoid confusion und unnecessary discussion about unclear processes.
