What is the shipping cost and delivert time to my country?
When you have added something to your cart - go to checkout to see the carriers available for your country and the cost as well as the threshold for free shipping (if applicable) and the delivery time.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
If an order has been processed correctly you will always have an order confirmation sent to the e-mail registered on the order. Check the spam folder of your e-mail client, sometimes the e-mail ends up there. Also, there is a possibility that you have written the e-mail wrong, if you suspect this is the case please contact us at ktj@skolyx.se and we'll help you out.
What's the situation when ordering Christmas gifts?
You can change/return items until the 7th of January 2026. Please note that personalised engraved products can't be returned or exchanged.
Delivery times are shown on our terms and conditions page, add 2-3 days to the one correct for you destination, to be sure that they will arrive in time for Christmas (if the shipping company keep their timelines). NOTE: For personalised engravings, add another 5 days to be certain they will arrive in time.
What conditions apply during the Black Friday sales?
Restock fee of €10 ($10 excl. VAT) for each returned pair of shoes included in the Black Friday category (excluding Swedish customers). Will be deducted from the refund. No cost if exchanged for different size. Return or exchange need to be made within 14 days from delivery for products in that category (so not prolonged over Christmas).
I would like to make a return, how do I proceed?
You may return or exchange whole or part of your order within 14 days after you have received your products. If you want to exchange or return a product, visit this page and register your return.
We are also offering return labels at self cost in our accessories / return label section. We strongly advice to use this when returning/exchanging from outside EU since that service includes all custom charges when returning. If you choose your own way of returning you are responsible for that the package arrives to us without any VAT,duty or administration fees from the freight company. If that is the case we will need to charge it (for returns) or deduct from your refund amount.
Return shipping costs is covered by you, shipping of potential exchange products is covered by us.
Which payment options do you offer?
For international customers we offer safe and secure payments by PayPal or through Adyen with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and several other local payment options.. Your credit card information is never visible for us and the transaction is encrypted to ensure the highest possible security for you as our customer.
In Sweden and Norway we offer safe payments through Klarna and Swish.
I live outside EU, how do I remove the VAT?
If your country is pre selected on the top right, in the currency selector with the flag icon and its not a member of EU or Norway the prices will automatically be listed without VAT.
If you wish to compare with / without vat - choose a country inside EU or outside EU to see the difference. (For example compare Spain and Switzerland).
Can I get the package delivered to another address than my own?
Absolutely, you just write in the name and address to the person you want to receive it, but your own info on payment info.
I have problem paying by PayPal / Card Payment or other payment option?
We offer several different payment options, if one of the payment options doesn't work, it can be because of different local security measures by your bank. If for example PayPal does not work, then try to pay by Card through Adyen or some of the other local payment options.

A product was damaged when delivered, what do I do?
If you receive a product that is damaged or wrong, we of course will cover the return cost and ship a new/correct item back to you. Please note we always repair or replace items that has some issue, its not possible to demand a refund because of some issue, our first goal is always to deliver a great product that you have ordered. To file a complaint for a faulty item go to our return portal and register it.

Which currency are you using?
The currency for your country is listed on the top right if you click the flag icon. We offer payments in Euro, USD, SEK, DKK, NOK and shortly also GBP.
Please note that no currency conversion takes place from the currency for your country, if you have EUR as listed for your country, you get billed in EUR. No currency conversion is done from our side from the currency selected.
Can you write down the order value to avoid customs?
We always fully disclose the actual order value, and do not write down any value to avoid customs etc. This is due to many reasons, for example in the event of problems, say a package being lost, a lot of problems can occur if you haven't registered the correct order value. And at Skolyx we always follow regulations and take no shortcuts, be it the quality of the products, the working environment at our suppliers, registering things correctly, and so on.
Potential local charges of VAT, duty, tax, administrational fees etc. can be added depending on the rules in your country. This is something that we don’t take responsibility for, if you are unsure, feel free to e-mail us at ktj@skolyx.se and we can inform about our prior experience from previous orders from your country.
Why can't I order certain products?
Some products we sell, such as gas-fuelled bottles, cannot be sent by air freight as they contain flammable substances. Therefore, we have blocked purchases of these in countries where we are unable to ship these goods.
Where can I find the return address?
Once you have registered your return/exchange in our return portal you will get all the info you need to send your return to us.
