Shipping and tracking

We normally ship your order within 24 working hours. When we ship it you will receive a tracking link. Please check spam folder if you have not received it. Further info can be found under Shipping, exchanges and returns.

Questions about sizing

One of the most common questions we get is about sizing in our shoes. On the product pages, if you click the Size guide link you'll find thorough sizing guidance.

Should you still need help, to be able to assist you with correct size advice as quickly as possible please include the answers to the following questions in your email:

  • Actual feet length in cm (measure exactly like shown in this picture, not in any other way). So NOT outlines.

  • Other brands / sizes that fit you well. Best if you have other welted shoes like Crockett & Jones, Carmina, Loake, Meermin etc. so we can compare to this. If you don't please still let us know other brands and sizes even if its running shoes etc.

  • If you have some special preferences / issues when you usually buy shoes (wide feet, narrow feet etc).
