Icebug's very popular footbeds have a unique construction which relieves and strengthen your feet. Icebug Insoles Slim is an excellent choice for those who need support and some cushioning in, for example, sports shoes or sneakers with a tighter fit and a slightly lower volume. The soles have a unique structure, which is based on a world patent from Scandinavia's leading manufacturer of orthopedic footbeds: Ortolab. They provide support and balance for both the longitudinal and transverse arches. They also improve the natural cushioning of the foot, by gathering and strengthening the fat pad under the heel.
The Slim insole is thinner with less cushioning than sibling Fat, but provides just as much support. Here in the High version with a proper build-up at the arch, for those with a high arch. Most, about 80%, should use the Medium sole, if you know that you have high feet, choose this one. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one, it's easy to cut it with a pair of scissors. Normally you take out the insole that is in the shoe, but it can also be used on top of the existing one to fill up further.
The build-up with, among other things, a pelotte means that it's common for muscles in the foot that are not used to work will start to be strained, which can create discomfort in the beginning. It's therefore recommended to get used to using Icebug Insoles with short periods first and then longer and longer.
